How the presence score works

Every listing gets one number from 0 to 100, built from six weighted signals. We only use information a customer could find themselves: public websites, review platforms, map listings and social profiles.

What the bands mean

80-100 · Strong

Findable everywhere. Reviews are recent, the site is current, AI assistants name them.

65-79 · Solid

Good fundamentals with one clear gap — usually review volume or AI visibility.

45-64 · Patchy

A customer can find them, but only if they already know the name.

0-44 · Weak

Effectively invisible outside word of mouth. Biggest upside from small fixes.

What we don't do

  • We don't sell placement, rankings or score adjustments.
  • We don't publish review text — only aggregate counts and ratings from public sources.
  • We don't judge workmanship, pricing or licensing. The score measures visibility, not quality.
  • Estimated figures are labelled as estimates, and owners can submit corrections after claiming.
