What we collect
Directory listings are built from publicly available business information. When you run an audit we store the answers you submit and the resulting report. When you create an owner account we store your email, name and any business details you enter.
Why we collect it
To generate your presence report, to keep listings accurate, and to verify that a person claiming a business actually represents it.
What we don't do
We do not sell your personal data, we do not run third-party ad tracking on this site, and we do not publish the email or phone number you give us during an audit or claim.
Retention and removal
Audit reports are kept so you can revisit them. Email corrections@myonlinepresence.ai to have an audit report, an owner account, or a business listing removed, and we will action it within 30 days.
Third parties
We use infrastructure providers for hosting, our database, and AI text generation for audit recommendations. Audit inputs are sent to that AI provider to produce your recommendations; they are not used to identify you.
